1 Export Data from Google Search Console

Open Google Search Console
Go to search.google.com/search-console and select your property from the dropdown at the top.

Open Performance → Search results
Performance→Search results

Set your date range
Click Date filter at the top. Last 3 months or Last 6 months gives the best trend data. For month-over-month tracking, use Custom range and export once per month.
Date: Last 3 months← recommended

Enable all 4 metrics and switch to Queries tab
Tick all checkboxes at the top of the chart, then click the Queries tab below it.
✓ Clicks ✓ Impressions ✓ CTR ✓ Position then → Queries

Export → Download CSV
Click the Export button (top-right of the report). Choose Download CSV. Save the file.

Upload below — repeat monthly to build trend history
Upload the CSV in Step 2. Pro tip: Label each upload with its period (e.g. "March 2026") and re-upload monthly. The tracker builds a period-over-period chart and automatically identifies winners, losers, and opportunities.
